  General

By placing a request and/or an order with Travel Planners New Zealand Ltd. trading as Letsee NZ (“The Company”), the Client ( “The Purchaser”) shall be deemed to have accepted in full all the trading terms of The Company for any goods and services supplied by The Company. Any variation or omission to the terms and conditions will be solely at the discretion of The Company.
 

  Terms

Any and all agreements and contracts entered into for supply of goods and services will be solely between The Purchaser and The Company and shall be subject to New Zealand Laws and Regulations only and will be deemed to be under the jurisdiction of the New Zealand Court system only.

When making a reservation online, The Company will be acting as an agent and or wholesaler for the supplier(s) only. The Company accepts no responsibility or liability for any misunderstanding or error whatsoever or howsoever caused in respect of any reservation made on behalf of The Customer through the online booking system. The onus will always be the total responsibility of The Customer to carefully check and correct any errors on their booking request and or any confirmation(s) received from any supplier via The Company.

The Company will not be liable for any property damage or personal injury  resulting from any act, negligence or omission by The Company or any operator or supplier or any liability caused by delayed departures, missed carrier connections, substitutions by any operator or supplier, termination of any service, changes to fares , rates or taxes,  cancellation or delays of any service supplied by an operator or supplier or the failure of any operator or supplier.

The Company will not be liable for any costs, cancellations or changes to your itinerary or travel arrangements brought about by any act of war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, fire, natural disaster, nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars and include NZ Government Goods and Services Tax which is currently 12.5%. All prices shown are an indication only . Final prices will be confirmed when we reply to your inquiry. All services and prices are subject to change without notification and are valid only for the dates indicated. No International or Domestic air travel is included in the cost of your itinerary unless otherwise stated. You can make all of your air travel arrangements through your travel agent. No costs for International or NZ departure taxes  or customs and immigration fees are included.-
 
We accept Visa, Bankcard and American Express cards only. Any and all amounts charged to your credit card will be made at the Bank Exchange rate applicable on the day the charge(s) are made.  The Company accepts no responsibility for changes to prices or variation to services resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.  Any or all payments can be safely made through our secure online payment system. Payments can also be made directly by Electronic Bank Transfer or by Bank Draft and our Bank Account details will be supplied to you on request.

On receipt of your booking reservation, we will require a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount . Once this deposit has been paid, we will send you a confirmation detailing your entire booking , the total price, a receipt for the deposit paid and the amount of the final payment and when it will be due. Please note that final payments will be due 32 days before your booking commences. If your booking is made within 32 days of commencement, then the total amount due will be payable when the booking is confirmed. No booking will be deemed to be confirmed until either the deposit or the total amount has been paid (whichever is applicable) and a confirmation has been sent to you.
Should you wish to alter or amend a confirmed booking we will be very happy to make these changes for you but an administration fee of NZ$20.00 per booking item plus any additional costs incurred will be charged.
 
If it becomes necessary to cancel a booking, you must notify us immediately. We will use our best endeavors to minimize any cancellation fees payable to any operator or supplier we have confirmed your booking(s) through but you should check the cancellation policies that each of them have yourself using their information on our web site.  The Company reserves the right to charge The Purchaser for any costs levied by an operator or supplier as a result of a cancellation.
The cancellation policy for Travel Planners New Zealand Ltd is as follows:
 
Any cancellation made up to 32 days of the travel date15% of the deposit paid
Any cancellation made up to 20 days of the travel date50% of the deposit paid
Any cancellation made within 25 days of the travel date100% of the deposit paid
 
Please note that no refunds will be available for any unused products or services supplied.
Travel Insurance is extremely important to take out. If you are arranging this insurance yourself, please make sure that it covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfares and in the case of hirage of a rental vehicle, any excess applicable in the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle or third party property. When travelling to New Zealand, please check with your travel agent or airline regarding visa ,passport  and any vaccination requirements. For European , US or UK residents travelling directly to NZ, vaccinations are generally not required. All travelers will require a valid passport to enter NZ. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the correct travel documents so check with your airline at the time of booking  as to the procedures and requirements you may need.
